I went here yesterday evening for a family dinner & had a lovely time. They have managed dine in really well with plenty of space. Everything is spotless and the food was amazing! This will now be our regular, could not fault anything at all!!
Food is ok but very dry and hardly found any meat! Customer service was very rude and they don’t have any time to pay attention to customer and just take the order in a ruthless way. Not very welcoming and miserable staff! Think twice next time!

Customer service fab. Really delicious Chinese food. This is coming from someone who isn’t a fan of Chinese food. Would say the prices are slightly high. But the food really is 10/10. So it’s worth paying for. Really busy in their tonight for a week night. Would come back.
Was my favourite local restaurant. Sadly this restaurant changed hands and the food is now well below par. Thankfully they distracted me with the worst customer service I’ve ever been subjected to. Repeatedly got orders wrong - terrible if you have a food allergy. I’ve given up.
First used the Welcome Inn 25 yrs ago when mum dad Gar Charlene and Mae Ling were there haven't been in for several years for different reasons but happy to say it's still the best Chinese we've ever used, glad to say we'll be back again soon!!!
Food delicious, great price, place was packed ...good sign. Friendly, friendly staff ! Took pic of group without us asking. Sang happy birthday to my friend with music and it wasn't planned arrhh! ???? there great ...go back again, and again.????????
